Our cancellation policy...
All events are rain or shine! We're on water, you're more than likely to get wet. Rain adds a fun element.
If for some reason you need to cancel or reschedule you must do so 24 hours before your reservation or event. Otherwise a 25% cancelation fee will be incurred.
That's WasSUP reserves the right to cancel/reschedule for the following:
- High winds 15mph or higher.
- A severe storm warning in the area. or Inclement that poses unsafe conditions.
- Lightning within 30 minutes will at a minimum cause a delay or potentially cause for reschedule.
First Time Paddlers or liability and safety purposes all first time paddler MUST go through an intro Lesson with one of our certified SUP Instructors. Please book ahead of time to ensure one is available on the day you wish to learn. We are more then happy to schedule one to accommodate.
